Cohen Brothers Realty Corp. has appointed CBRE as leasing agent for West Palm Level, a brand new growth comprising a 26-story workplace tower and an adjoining parking construction in West Palm Seashore, Fla.
CBRE’s John Criddle, Joe Freitas and Max Pawk, alongside Cohen Brothers’ Marc Horowitz, will lead the advertising and leasing marketing campaign for the property. The CBRE workforce is already talking with potential native and nationwide tenants, John Criddle stated in ready remarks.

To rise on 2.4 acres, the property will yield 400,000 sq. toes of Class A workplace house. The event is slated to occupy a full metropolis block at intersection of Okeechobee and Quadrille boulevards, within the metropolis’s downtown. The situation is lower than 1 mile from Cos.’ future workplace growth that may comprise almost 1 million sq. toes at full build-out.
Cohen Brothers employed architects Pelli Clarke & Companions and Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolf as designers of the challenge. Development will start within the fourth quarter of 2023, with tenant move-ins anticipated to start within the third quarter of 2026.
