Vomela has signed an 11-year, full-building lease for 88,000 sq. ft with landlord Finmarc Administration Inc. The tenant was represented by Government Managing Director Wendy Feldman Block and Affiliate Danielle Ferrari of Savills. Jon Lawrence of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner.
