JAKARTA, Sept 26 (Reuters) – Flag provider Garuda Indonesia (GIAA.JK) has requested {that a} courtroom in New York recognise the airline’s current debt restructuring deal in a Jakarta courtroom, below Chapter 15 of the U.S. Chapter Code, its chief govt mentioned on Monday.
