Ballard Companions has bought 743 Seward St., an 11,269-square-foot workplace constructing in Los Angeles’ Hollywood media district. Plus Improvement Group offered the asset for $10.9 million, or $971,60 per sq. foot. Kidder Mathews labored on behalf of the client.
Designed by Plus Design Group, the three-story property contains a rooftop terrace, a courtyard, direct elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling metal body home windows and safety card entry. In accordance with CommercialEdge, the property was accomplished in 2020.
