CHICAGO, IL – A Hyatt Inns Corp. affiliate has agreed to amass Dream Resort Group’s life-style lodge model and administration platform for a base buy value of $125 million, with as much as an extra $175 million through the subsequent six years as properties enter the pipeline and open.
The acquisition features a portfolio of 12 managed or franchised life-style accommodations, with one other 24 signed long-term administration agreements for accommodations anticipated to open sooner or later. The acquisition consists of the Dream Inns, the Chatwal Inns and Unscripted Inns manufacturers, with properties throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
