Skanska has topped out The Eight, a 25-story Class A workplace in Bellevue, Wash. The 541,000-square-foot speculative improvement is slated for completion in March 2024. CBRE will probably be overseeing workplace leasing on the property, whereas Newmark will probably be dealing with retail leasing.
