Taurus Funding Holdings LLC has bought a five-property industrial portfolio in Atlanta for $50 million. Everwest Actual Property Buyers LLC offered the I-20 West property assortment totaling 581,750 sq. ft, plus a further trailer storage web site on a drop lot.
Mixed, the properties cowl 25.64 acres of land. They’re absolutely occupied.
The I-20 West portfolio consists of:
