FRANKFURT, Sept 18 (Reuters) – Tesla (TSLA.O) is planning to double automobile gross sales in Germany in 2022, German weekly Automobilwoche reported, citing an area government.
“Our objective is to double gross sales every year, which interprets into round 80,000 items in 2022,” the manager was quoted as saying.
In 2021, Tesla offered 39,714 automobiles in Germany, the place the carmaker has constructed its first European gigafactory in Gruenheide close to Berlin.
Tesla was not instantly accessible for remark.
