March 31 (Reuters) – Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) has been sued by a Black former normal supervisor who says he was fired for pushing again in opposition to feedback by his white supervisor that he claims had been racist, the newest in a collection of race bias instances in opposition to the world’s most useful automaker.
John Goode, who oversaw a Tesla service heart close to Atlanta, filed a lawsuit in San Francisco federal court docket on Thursday claiming a regional supervisor blocked him from consideration for a promotion earlier than having him fired on false pretenses on March 3.
